Mike Terranova- Agency Principal/Owner
Mike Terranova has been part of the insurance industry since 2009 and has experience in every aspect of operating and growing the agency. With a passion for problem solving, leadership, and continuous improvement, Mike is dedicated to helping the agency thrive while supporting the team in reaching their full potential.
Mike is a graduate of Olivet College, where he earned his bachelor’s degree in Insurance and Risk Management. His education, combined with years of hands on industry experience, has shaped his thoughtful, client-focused approach to agency operations.
Outside of work, Mike enjoys golfing, fishing, coaching, and spending time outdoors. He is married to his college sweetheart, Katie, and together they have two wonderful children, Luke and Ava. Family is at the heart of everything Mike does, and he brings that same commitment and care to the clients and team he serves.
Tammy Lawless- Licensed Agent/Office Manager/CSR
Tammy Lawless started her insurance career in 1999 and throughout her career, she has built a strong reputation for integrity, reliability, and a deep commitment to helping individuals and businesses protect what matters most.
Tammy’s knowledge of insurance, allows her to provide thoughtful guidance and solutions to meet each client’s unique needs. She believes that insurance is more than just a policy—it’s about building lasting relationships, offering peace of mind, and being a trusted advocate when it matters most.

She and her husband Dave have 4 wonderful children and 9 beautiful grandchildren. They enjoy NASCAR & NHRA races, camping and spending time with family.
Alexandrea Walker- Licensed Sales Agent/CSR
Alex joined our team in 2022 as a CSR and soon after becoming a licensed P&C agent. Since then, she has continued to expand her expertise and now manages both commercial and farm insurance accounts. She is always happy to help, so don’t hesitate to reach out to her for your commercial and farm insurance needs. Outside of work, Alex loves spending time with her children and fiancé. She’s a true coffee enthusiast who enjoys shopping trips and can listen to Luke Combs all day. During the summer months, you’ll likely find her outdoors soaking up the sunshine and making the most of the warm weather.
She is a mom of 3, loves country music and family time.
Cindy Muscott- Licensed Sales Agent/CSR
Cindy Muscott started her insurance career in 2011 with Farmers Insurance and moved to All Seasons Insurance Agency in September 2024. She is a wife, mother & grandmother. She enjoys spending time with family and friends and in the summer, you can see her and her husband riding around crystal Lake on their golf cart.
Brittany Ritter- Licensed Sales Agent/CSR
Brittany Ritter recently entering the insurance industry, she brings a strong commitment to helping clients feel informed, supported, and confident in their coverage decisions. Brittany is a mom of two, master of multitasking, and professional finder of lost snacks. When she’s not reading books, she meant to finish three months ago, she’s busy crafting… or at least buying supplies she swears she’ll use someday. She loves being outside in nice weather because fresh air pairs perfectly with escaping household chaos. Above all, she’s happiest spending time with her family, preferably when no one is arguing about who touched whose stuff.
